HRPM, LLC specializes in RENTALS of Vacation Homes, Chalets, and Condos in the Bethel, Newry and Sunday River area. Weekly, Weekend, and Seasonal Rates are available and properties offered sleep from 6 to 14 people.
Many of our homes offer hot tubs, while others may offer a game room featuring a pool table. We offer both Off-Mountain and On-Mountain condos.
Managing vacation properties for 4 years has allowed us to listen to our guests and provide them with what they are looking for. Living locally, we are available 24/7, always going the extra mile to be sure our guests are comfortable.

Housekeeping Services, Property Checks, Light Maintenance (including electronics), and Hot Tub Care are included. Plowing, shoveling, and sanding are also available when needed.
We will provide owners with assistance setting up their property as a rental. Owning as well as managing gives us a distinct advantage, knowing the business from the homeowner’s point of view.
