Mahoosuc Arts Council presents programs in the visual and performing arts and humanities year-round for the adult communities and schools of the greater Bethel area.
The Council is committed to booking quality, affordable performances appealing to a wide range of ages and backgrounds.
Summer programming includes the support of the Midsummer Festival, Mollyockett Day--the third Saturday of July, and the Bethel Bandstand Series of free concerts on the Common Sunday afternoons.
From its beginning in 1986, the Council has received widespread support from individuals, families, and businesses. The Bingham Betterment Fund has been instrumental in its successful evolution.
