New file not able to be downloaded after edit, in Mozilla

When I replace a file get old one in Mozilla, not the new one. Seems to replace in IE.
When working in Mozilla, when I replace a file, and save it, the new file shows up in my edit, BUT when I click on file, I keep getting the old file.
I tried refresh, but still get old file.
Example: Under Membership Info, member2member offers, I replaced the June offers with July offers. When I click to see the July offers, I see the June ones still in Mozilla.
