File not change in Mozilla, does in IE

When I replace a file in Mozilla, it doesn't change. It does in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Specifics: Under membership info, member2member offers, I go in and replace the current file (July offers) with a new file (August offers). Hit save.
I see the new file in IE, but in Mozilla, even after refreshing, I keep seeing the old, July offers/file.
