#9: Alphabetically Sort Categories on Business Edit Page

The categories should be sorted alphabetically in the category selector on the business edit page. They are currently sorted by length.

Motivation
It is simply easier to find a category in when it is sorted alphabetically.
Proposal
Sort all category and sub category lists alphabetically.
Implementation
This is not a trivial task as the category structure for the edit pages creates nested set of data structures. However, it is doable and preferable.
