Aging Well Living Well Expo
The ninth annual Aging Well Living Well Expo presented by the nonprofit SeniorsPlus will be held Friday, October 7 from 8:15 am to 4 pm at the Grand Summit Hotel and Conference Center at Sunday River in Bethel, Maine. The Expo features workshops and other programs. The keynote address will be by Kevin Mannix longtime WCSH-TV weatherman who, with his wife Linda Rota, wrote Weathering Shame, in which the authors reveal that life struggles can result in recovery and self-awareness. Tickets at $25 per person, include breakfast, lunch, and entrance to workshops, and may be purchased at www.seniorsplus.org or by calling 1 800-427-1241. Seats are limited and advance registration is strongly recommended.
