Harvest Gold Gallery Plein Air Paint Out Featuring Diane Scott
Harvest Gold is excited to host this summer's 2nd Plein Air Paint Out featuring local artist, Diane Scott! The event will be taking place Saturday, July 2nd, starting at 10:00 AM and going until around 3:00 PM. Painting plein air is when an artist goes out and paints what they see in that moment. With light and wind constantly creating movement and diversity within their subject matter, painting plein air is both fun and challenging. Diane is great at capturing the light. Her use of rich colors combined with her interpretation of light brings emotion and life into her paintings; she tries to depict the feelings associated with the piece.

Diane will be setting up to paint at 10:00 in the morning on Saturday, July 2nd, and will be painting throughout the day until about 3:00 PM. If there is rain then the event will take place inside of the gallery.
Harvest Gold Gallery will be open its normal business hours, 10:00 - 5:00, while the artists are outside painting. Come watch Diane paint, and then duck inside to check out her art we have inside the gallery!
