New Home Planning Workshop

Happy New Year!  Once again Schiavi Custom Builders is offering newly designed "New Home Planning Workshops".  Historically, these workshops have been very useful to all who attend by helping them decide if building a new home is the right way for them to proceed.   Surprisingly, we will be the first to tell you that building new is not always the right choice for everyone.   It is always better to find out before hand, if your stars are properly aligned before you get fully immersed in a project. 

Timing is often the most important component of any project.   Now is the perfect time for anyone thinking of building this year to begin looking into the process.  Our workshops are tried and tested and will definitely help clear up any questions you might have about whether or not you should move forward with our three step process to build your dream home.

You are welcome to take advantage of this workshop and participate in even if you are not planning to build right away.  There is never any pressure,  we just hope that you will get to know us and think of us when you are ready to build your dream home.

This workshop will provide you with knowledge of the overall homebuilding process.  We will discuss financing, budget & cost, basic design concepts, general contracting, site consideration, etc.

When:   Saturday, January 16th and 30th and again on February 13th
