Schedule – 2008
This schedule pertains to those businesses that have two or
more types of businesses on their premises (as indicated by the types on page
one,) with the SAME EMPLOYER I.D. NUMBER. If the businesses have different
employer I.D. numbers, but are owned by the same people, they need to join the
chamber as separate businesses.
How to calculate multiple investment dues:
1. Decide which of your businesses is the PRIMARY business and find your dues investment on page one. Please make sure to add all the appropriate employee numbers in with your primary dues.
2. Based on this investment, your additional investment(s) is/are as follows:
Your primary business dues are $337 or below,
your additional business(es) = $132 (each)
If it is $338 - $410, your additional business(es) = $210 (each)
