The Bethel Region CROP Walk (Communities Respond to Overcome Poverty) will start at 11:30 a.m. and walk 5k around Bethel village to raise money for Church World Service (75%) and the local Food Backpack program (25%). The goal is to raise funds to reduce poverty and hunger worldwide.
The day will start at 10:00 with an Ecumenical Service on the Bethel Common.
Bring picnic items to share for lunch.
The Walk will begin on The Common around 11:30 a.m.
