Preserve It and Serve It – Canning Class
Interested in canning and preserving your own food, but not sure where to start? Join Stephens Memorial Hospital and Don Packard for this class on home canning. Canning produces flavorful, high-quality food that saves money and builds self-reliance. This class will cover safe home canning and preserving practices and as a group, you will make and can one food item to take home.
