Spring festival is a celebration of the return of spring, complete with huge parties, music, and great spring skiing and riding. New this year is the addition of the Maine Brew Fest on Friday!
Friday, April 6
Maine Brew Festival
South Ridge Lodge, 7-11PM
We take beer seriously here in Maine, and this year we've invited the top craft breweries from across the state to join us in the mountains. The Spring Session of the Maine Brew Fest will bring over 25 breweries from across the state to South Ridge Lodge on Friday night for an evening of beer tasting with food, friends, and even fireworks. Tickets are on sale now; $49 through April 5, then $55 at the event. $15 designated driver tickets are available if you want to join the party but not sample beer.
Saturday, April 7
Spring Fest Day 1, White Cap Base Area
One of the biggest Spring parties in the Northeast snow country, complete with a huge, all-afternoon outdoor concert plus beer from some of Maine's most popular breweries, cocktail bars featuring Maine distilleries and serving Spring Fest's famous Pain Killers, and BBQs and food stations featuring Maine favorites like lobster rolls, clam chowder, red hot dogs, and more. Spring Fest Saturday is not to be missed.
5th Annual Slip 'n' Flip, 1PM
16 teams of give members each slide their way to victory on slopes just above White Cap Lodge. In relay fashion, one competitor from each team races down the slip and slide ourse on a tube until they reach the table at the bottom to down a cup of alcohol-free Spring Fest punch nd then flip the empty cup upright. Once a cup has been successfully flipped, the next competitor can leave the start at the top of the course until all five teammates finish.Teams will copmete until there is one last team standing as grand champion.

Rustic Overtones - Rustic Overtones are a seven-piece rock band from Portland, Maine, with a discography that spans 20 years. The band's unique version of indie rock is strongly influenced by soul music, garage punk, jazz and psychedelic music of the 60s and 70s. They have collaborated and recorded with David Bowie, Imogen Heap, Ray Lamontagne, and Eric Krasno, and have toured nationally as direct support for De La Soul, Steel Pulse, Run DMC, and more.
Aldous Collins - Best live act of the year according to New England Music Awards, with a fun inferno flavored with ample helpings of rock 'n' roll, reggae, and ska rhythms. The Aldous Collins Band is based in the progressive South Shore music scene and plays across New England and the east coast.
Skosh - Skosh is a four piece funk/classic rock/blues band from Buckfield, Maine, described as playing Phish-inspired tunes laced with eclecticism that made rockers Ween famous in the 1990s. Skosh has a reputation for tight, well-rehearsed covers plus originals and energetic live jams and occasionally humorous performances.

Spring Fest Day 2, White Cap Base Area
Sunday starts off with a pancake breakfast at the Shipyard Brew Haus complete with Bloody Mary bar and mimosas, then continues into the afternoon outside at White Cap with live music, food, and all the spring skiing and riding you stillh ave energy for.
