Winter Wares Fair at The Philbrook Place - VENDOR REGISTRATION

Let the holiday shopping begin!
Local crafters, businesses, makers, and more are invited to a pop-up outdoor marketplace at The Philbrook Place. After a year of too many cancelled events, we're not ready to go inside just yet! 

Space is very limited and participation is subject to approval by the organizing committee.
 

• Please plan to staff your booth from 11am-3pm unless severe weather becomes a factor. 
• Set-up time: Saturday, November 28, 9:30am-11am
• Exhibitors must sell his/her products only. 
• This is a non-smoking event.
• Pets must be on a leash and waste removed.
• $10 fee for all cancellations before November 23rd.
• No electricity available. 
• No refunds after November 23, 2020, unless the Chamber cancels this event due to COVID19  guidelines, we will then offer a full refund and no cancellation fee.
