Wobble and Gobble 5K Run/Walk
Annual Wobble and Gobble 5K Run/Walk Race

This race will be a fun way to spend and hour or so of your Thanksgiving morning engaged with the community, supporting a local organization, and burning enough calories to justify a third or fourth piece of pumpkin pie.
The race is scheduled to begin at 8:30am, with same day registration beginning at 7:30am, from the parking lot behind the Gem Theater, and across from Western Maine Supply.
The race will meander through Bethel Village with a challenging climb up Eden Ridge Condominiums switchbacks and will end at the starting location.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the UMaine 4-H Camp & Learning Center in Bryant Pond's "Harvest for Health" gardening and nutrition program. We wil have bins available for non-perishable food items and encourage participants to bring any items they wish to have donated to local pantries.
Both registration for the race and awards for the race will take place indoors this year!
If running isn't your thing, there are plenty of ways to be involved. We are in need of race day volunteers, as well as encouraging by-standers to cheer on the runners.
