• Accounts Receivable/Lodging Accounting/Property Tax Admin

    Sunday River is looking for an Accounts Receivable/Lodging Accounting/Property Tax Admin to join our accounting team. This position must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple departments across the resort. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Reconcile all Group, Leisure, and Conference billings - must be timely and accurate
    • Work with multiple departments and systems for billing purposes
    • Maintain file of all group invoices
    • General Accounts Receivable
    • Verify daily room rates are at or above floor rates
    • Generate daily SMS upload
    • Daily Reconciliation of clearing accounts
    • Review daily refund and package adjustment requests
    • Generate monthly rental income statements & checks
    • Invoice data entry for association accounting
    • Post HOA & Property Tax payments
    • Assist with summer cash room operations and deposits
    • Work weekends and some holidays as business dictates
    • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of an associate degree in a business-related field
    • Two years of related experience (property tax experience a plus)
    • A combination of education and work experience may fulfill the above two requirements
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
    • Experience with General Ledger, Property Management and Point of Sales systems a plus
    • Experience in the ski resort and hospitality industry also a plus
