• Events & Competitions Office Coordinator

    Sunday River's Events & Competitions team is hiring an Office Coordinator!

    This position is primarily an administrative assistant/office coordinator that also oversees the department's volunteer program. The person in this position should be comfortable working on the computer, in-person with large groups, and on-hill when necessary.


    • Run competition day registrations
    • Assist volunteers at registration
    • Efficiently handle all computer work (word processing, databases, and spreadsheets)
    • Keep inventory of office supplies
    • Track volunteer days and ensure each events' volunteer needs are met
    • Complete all paperwork pertinent to volunteers
    • Coordinate volunteers and their supplies for each event
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members
    • Maintain superior organization
    • Multitask!
    • Assist Competitions Administrator with daily tasks
    • Fill in on-hill when needed


    • High school diploma or equivalent
