    • Position Summary
      • Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, carries out day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, benefits, leave, and assisting managers with policy interpretation.
    • Job Requirements
      • Education, Required Licenses/Certifications:
        • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
        • HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.

      • Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
        • In lieu of formal education, appropriate work experience may be substituted. 
        • Prior experience in the human resources profession with experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
        • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
        • Must be able to work independently. 
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
        • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
        • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
        • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.  
        • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
        • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
