    • Position Summary
      • The primary responsibilities involve coordinating provider schedules, incoming phone calls and faxes, scheduling and registering patient appointments, greeting patients/visitors, as well as maintaining accuracy, integrity and confidentiality with regard to patient medical records.
    • Job Requirements
      • Education, Required Licenses/Certifications:
        • High school graduate with computer experience is required.

      • Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
        • Telephone etiquette, keyboard skills and customer service experience required.
        • Prior experience in medical office and knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
        • Familiarity with computer applications required.
        • Must have technical aptitude and a willingness to learn software applications used at AVH.
