• Hard Good Repair Supervisor

    Sunday River's Hard Goods & Repair Supervisor works directly with the retail coordinator and/or director to meet Sunday River Sports revenue and service goals. The supervisor oversees all sales related to skis, boots, snowboards, bindings, and demo equipment, and works with their team of boot fitters and repair technicians to ensure that the team has the expertise they need. Areas of ongoing training include opening and closing of points of sale, tracking and filing all repair and warranty paperwork, the completion of all binding certifications. The supervisor will ensure that the hard goods team has the know-how to sell and repair all types of hard goods, while also ensuring that the team maintains clean and safe work areas, manages inventory, and excels at customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining excellent level of service. 
    • Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment and how to repair.
    • Training and managing the team of repair technicians.
    • Must be able to make judgements to ensure guest satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year of supervisory experience; high level of skiing ability. Hard goods repair knowledge required; previous repair shop experience preferred.
