About Us

The beauty of the White Mountains is the setting for a trail ride next to a beaver pond and where an occasional moose can be seen. Trail rides are 1-, 1-1/2-, or 2-hour rides. Also, summer camps for kids, ladies' weekends, old-fashioned sleigh rides, horse-boarding too. We are friendly, open year-round, and glad to share our little neck of the woods.

Deepwood Farm also boards horses giving them gentle care, warmth, and comfort.

Deepwood Farm is a 4-season facility. Guided trail rides with safe horses. Cost is $35 for an hour ride. Up to 8 people in a ride for your group or semi-private ride -- your preference.

Winter brings a new face to Deepwood Farm midweek -- with an old-fashioned flair to a private sleigh ride. The ride lasts about 1/2 hour, but plan to stay and watch how to take care of the horse and there are many horses that appreciate a pat or a carrot.

To reserve a trail ride or sleigh ride, call 207-824-2595.

For large groups sleigh rides are Saturday night (or midweek during holiday / vacation weeks). Call the Bethel Inn Resort, 207-824-2175 ext. 0.

Deepwood Farm offers summer camp for horse lovers -- Three-day Camp for 6 to 12 year olds and a Five-day Camp for youths 11 and up, includes a camp-out in the White Mountain National Forest. The ladies' weekend is a blast. Oh, to be a kid again! This is a reasonably-priced horse camp and we have over 20 years' experience. Check out our website for more info.
