|NEWRY, ME (May 27, 2021)—Sunday River Resort’s newest slopeside condominium, Dream Maker Lodge, made a pre-construction splash on the real estate market in September 2020. Reservations for two-bedroom units, as well as three- and four-bedroom penthouses, filled to capacity with a waitlist as buyers navigated a hot market in the greater Bethel, Maine region.
Potential buyers committed to Dream Maker Lodge with only floor plans and exterior building renderings for consideration. Interior renderings of the two-bedroom and penthouse units, as well as the design’s material palette and select fixtures, are now available to view. The design aesthetic incorporates contemporary features while maintaining the warmth and comfort of a cozy Maine ski lodge. Sunday River and its parent company Boyne Resorts have been working with architect Rob Bramhall of Andover, Massachusetts, and interior designer Christine Burdick of Burlington, Vermont, on the Dream Maker Lodge project.
The resort expects to announce enhanced common area amenities later this summer. Buyers will also have the option to purchase a furniture package for their unit, or to work directly with the interior designer on furniture selection, both for an additional cost.
Sunday River to break ground on Dream Maker Lodge in August, targeting completion of the project in fall 2022.
